To help pickup the vitamin and minerals in your diet you can take a mutli vitamin/mineral. There are many choices from liquid to solid chelated tablets but how well absorbed are they and in what doses?
Do you really want to dissect each one and its required amounts acquiring the info from what you understand taken from a sea of data?
