5 crucial bodybuilding mistakes

1. Bodybuilding supplements are practically a total waste of your hard earned cash!

Tons of supplement companies are extremely dishonest and make false claims over their “overly hyped” muscle building products that claim that you will have insane pumps and mind blowing muscle gains in a short period of time. Not only are these ridiculous claims totally bogus…but just about all of them are unproven and unfounded.

Supplements are only necessary if you have hit a 90% threshold in your training, nutrition and lifestyle. Even if you do introduce supplements at that point, don't expect any miracles - they will only make a 1-2% difference in gaining lean muscle mass and getting stronger.

In just a second I am going to show you how a few natural foods will crank up your body’s muscle building capabilities and allow you to grow muscle way better and safer than any of these phony and hyped up muscle building supplements.

2. Most of the bodybuilding workouts that you see in the magazines and online are practically useless for you.

These magazine workouts cause many lifters to believe that by simply going dozens of sets of single-joint exercises, or getting a “muscle pump” or a “muscle burn” you will build massive muscles like the pro bodybuilders that you see in the magazines and on tv.

Your body can only manufacture 1-2 pounds of "dry muscle" each month which results in extra storage space for glycogen and water. Hence you can only gain 3-4 pounds of "lean muscle mass" on a monthly basis. It's physiologically impossible (without drugs) to build more than 12-24 pounds of rock hard muscle over the course of the year. A little different then what the magazines tell you huh?

In order to build muscle the intelligent way, you need to train based on your body’s unique traits and metabolism. I am going to show you a few of the more effective techniques that will help you build muscle faster in a minute.

3. Most bodybuilding magazines are really just "drug programs” and are owned by supplement companies. Their main goal is not to get you to just buy the magazine, but they want to sell you their expensive and super hyped up supplements that will not help you at all.

They tell you to "train hard" but make "hard training" impossible by prescribing 12-24 sets per body part. You can only build muscle with this kind of volume if you're using drugs to speed up your recovery. The only thing that happens is, you gain no muscle at all and your bank account gets smaller.

With the info in my muscle building program, you get no biased information, since I don't sell supplements.

4. Stop training like a professional bodybuilder! Training routines that are used by pro bodybuilders are completely useless for average guys like us to build muscle! Many pro bodybuilders are using steroids and various other drugs to enhance their physiques AND they are also very generically gifted for muscle building. These types of guys can practically gain muscle from just about any routine they use. However, their training methods will NEVER work for a hardgainer like you.

So stop taking advice from pro bodybuilders, magazines, and websites! Why would you take advice from a guy who cannot relate to your "muscle unfriendly genes," or from a guy who does not have your body structure or metabolism? Would you take money advice from a guy who inherited a fortune? Would you take money advice from a guy who won the lottery? No! So why are you taking bodybuilding advice from guys with great genetics and who are using steroids?

5. True muscle mass is NOT built on regular gym machines. The fact is that free weights are much better for muscle building than any machine and I’ll explain why in just a minute.
